In regards to #10: You should come to Memphis sometime. If you ever visit the Orpheum Theater downtown for a show, it’s a beautiful place for theater or a summer movie. But, if you’re a 48 Long (like me), the seats are built for more of a 36 (or less) frame. Don’t inhale! :)
