It’s something we don’t always want to hear, but oh how important it is. I just had one of those ‘be honest with yourself’ moments today & it’s like calling myself out on the carpet – it’s freeing I have to say. It gives us permission to let go of some things sometimes — I think Jason mentioned that in one of his posts – giving yourself permission. Anyway, thanks for saying the truth!
