I’m now inspired to put on some music and dance for my exercise today. I’ve always thought that dancing was much better aerobic exercise than walking, even if it’s outside, especially if it is on a treadmill! I suppose if I hold some weights while I dance I could count it toward strength training. :)

Hang in there! The video was totally inspiring…(esp. the guy in yellow..love the head movements) I think this may be the point, but they seem…stuck somehow. They need a wider repertoire. I’m thinking Dick Clark would never have accepted them.
