I enjoyed your take on the Olympics. When I see athletes with their medals, I’m always thinking about all the preparation and sacrifice that went into that medal. Sometimes I wonder if the sacrifice is too much, especially when someone who has been working years to compete gets injured and suddenly cannot compete. I guess it is up to the athlete to determine whether their preparation turns into obsession.

In any case, I enjoyed what you shared about you and Jason making the preparations for this point in your lives, which is great. Sometimes from the outside, it looks easy. But I have a feeling that a lot of training and preparation got you to this point. Best of luck with everything on your world tour!
