Thanks, Tim. I’m happy with how the illustration turned out — and the post as well. Although the post was harder to write as I really am a big fan of Gary.

First off, great illustration of Gary V! You bring up some really great questions about work/life balance. Gary is certainly an inspiration on hustle and cashing in on your passion. I saw him in Chicago and remember him finishing up dinner at 10 pm just before he signed his books. And you are right…he really seems to care. But I do think we need to be conscious of the important things in life…those things that keep us grounded…family, friends, sleep or whatever.

Thank you for bringing up those important questions such as “What am I working for?” It sounds silly to ask this at times…but in the middle of stress and craziness, its important to ask them. We need to realize that we have choices. Nice post.
