He talked to the bosses about allowing flex hours, so he could leave his house when there was less traffic to compete with, and they approved. So, all of a sudden, we were allowed to come in an hour earlier or an hour later, which made everyone’s mornings (especially poor ol’ Monday) a lot less annoying! Arriving at work at 7:00 meant less traffic and a quicker commute for me. Amazing what a little creative thinking can do!
