I’m having some problems from a slightly differing point – I talk about me being an artist and my elderly sister seems fine with that until I say “I make art” – that is when she starts on about what “art” is and apparently I am not doing that at all! She gives a number of examples and getting really annoyed about the guy who painted soup cans!! (Andy Warhol) “how anyone say that is art?”….- I end up hearing a whole rant, on other artists and art, and about that time I drift away.
(she is very elderly, and very set in her ways…)
