I love so many things about this idea from Brandy of Gluesticks. I love that it elevates lunch to a whole new level of playfulness. I love the tiny peanut butter and honey sandwiches. I love that the grapes look so freaking huge. I love that this idea could completely replace the boring old lunch bag. (Not that lunch bags have to be boring, mind you.)
Most of all, I love the fact that Adultitis must hate this as much as any kid (or kid at heart) would love it.
LOve this! How fun! Your end comment reminds me of the comments on a recent Parents article about bento lunches. The article showed a bunch of fun ways to pack bento boxes for kids with cute shapes. The comments were full of “my kid would never eat that!” and “um…who has time to do this stuff???1?” The magazine was just trying to lighten up lunchtime with something fun! Silly adults :)
Yikes. Sadly, this doesn’t surprise me. This is why we have such work cut out for us when it comes to battling Adultitis!
Glad to hear you have not completely succumbed to this terrible disease, Karen!
