Great newsletter as always!! One of the ways I deal with busyness is to take time out to breathe….really slow it down for a few minutes and then remind myself of my purpose and if what I am doing is in line with that. Then I think about the end of my life….if today was all I had, would I continue doing the “busy stuff” I’m doing? Then I make a list of the things I can let go. One of my tricks is to empty my email inbox and clear off my digital and physical desktop. That allows me to feel a sense of accomplishment and serenity. Love that feeling! Finally, I create space in my calendar to “do nothing”….Thanks for the opportunity to share!
