Beth says
angel hair pasta because it is long and thin which is what I wish I was.
Rita A. says
I would be an Elbow macaroni. My life has granted me with a few unexpected bends and curves along the way. Some good, some devastating. All I had to do was add a new sauce (love) and it came out delicious afterall.
Jennifer says
I’d want to be bow-tie pasta because I always thought this sort of pasta resembled butterflies. So, I could eat and eat and eat all the pasta I want like a hungry caterpillar and then become a beautiful butterfly-bow-tie pasta.
Steven says
I’m going with bowtie because bowties make me happy. I don’t wear them very often, but they do. Also, bowtie pasta is just plain fun.
I also enjoy Space Noodles (http://www.pacificnorthwestshop.com/products/spacenoodles.htm)…one of my favorite things to give people when I go on trips to other states (that and mug slugs)… :-)
Minette says
I’m going with rotini because sometimes life is a little “screwball”!

Hi, Your tour of RP’s Pasta was such fun!
Thanks for sharing the pasta making process.
I especially loved the 80 pound wheel of Parmesan
Cheese. My youngest son and I love lots of Parmesan on our pastas and salads! I would be the Angel Hair.
Every since I was a young girl, I have wanted long, flowing hair! It would never grow past my shoulders!
Also, the Angel Hair Pasta is the only pasta listed that one could use the fun pasta rolling fork!
Many thanks…..Cindi

K & J,
It has been oh so long since I posted but flight school is AMAZING!! Just had my second precision aerobatics flight and have my second solo tomorrow.
I would be elbow macaroni because they look like, well… “Did you get your tickets?” “Tickets to what?” “The GUN show!”
Cherrie says
penne… like me, it is straight, but still cutting edge, but mostly because it goes well with every sauce (pesto, marinara, cream, rosa). yummy! i want some right now.
Kathleen G. says
I would be Angel Hair…long, lean, and delicate,
Jan says
I would be Penne. It’s FUN! I could roll around and get traction from the great grooves, plus leave really cool designs in the dirt. The slanted cuts at the ends allow for pointy “en garde” play with my fellow Pennes, and yet we could match up to make longer tubes. And those tubes! WHOA the stuff we can hide and pop out at you! or maybe never let you see it…maybe give an enticing (or not so enticing) aroma. It would be a great surprise. Yup. Definite count me as a Penne. SMILES!
Vikki says
This sounds like so much fun…you have inspired me to write a po-em! (Too bad for you. Lol!)
If I Were a Noodle
If I were a noodle,
Which one would I be?
A dash of FIORI,
Or a twist ROTINI?
Might I look long and slender as fine ANGEL HAIR,
Or resemble a PENNE? (Tall and straight, but filled with hot air.)
Maybe MACARONI, all covered with cheese,
Or plump TORTELLINI, and given a squeeze?
Would I be LINGUINI swimming in sauce,
Or more a BOW TIE? (Pretend I’m the boss!)
Would it be really close,
Or would it be a FARFALLE,
To say that in some ways,
I’m a bit like them all?
